awesome day

We took a nice little day trip today. We visited the Crayola Factory and Discovery Center and the National Canal Museum... It was really cool.

There was so many fun little things to do at Crayola. Jonas had a blast. We got to make a sun picture..

play with hot wax,



see crayons being made, draw with light...
played with Chalk...



, used the magic modeling clay stuff...


The Canal Museum was actually pretty cool too. Jonas got a boat to take through the locks...


then a lot of hands on exhibits on simple machines... Jonas got to try to steer using a tiller...
then used pulleys to lift his body weight...

We went on a canal boat ride... it was Mule driven...
