break in the gloom

So this weekend, we had the most wonderful weather. I took J to the park, both Saturday and Sunday. Sat. we went with friends, Sunday we went alone. He had so much fun just running. Another little boy came over and asked to play with him, and he loved it! Of course, this morning we all woke up with the cruds; stuffy, sore throats, cough.. blech...

David took his new car to be inspected, so we could get a current registration on it... yeah, it failed... we obviously do not have luck with car inspections up here.

We have an appt with the GI on Wednesday, and GH testing on the 16th. Otherwise J has been doing pretty well. He ate an entire hot dog, and some yogurt for dinner tonight!!!

This past weekend, he decided that it ia fun to play in the toilet.... after he has used it. UGH, it is so gross! Several times we have caught him just splashing around in it. Yesterday morning, he came into the room and said "mom, I was playing in the potty again. I am all wet"... ummm, hello? ughh.

Today he climbed into my lab and said "Mom, you're the best"... He is the sweetest child.
